The programme on "Europe and its neighbours" focuses on
political and cultural aspects of EU influence on countries covered
by European
Neighbourhood Policy and Russia. The main objective of the
programme is to identify the institutional impact of EU policies
upon political
change in EU neighbourhood. The programme includes also an in-depth
analysis of attitudes and the perception of the EU as an international
actor among the neighbouring countries. |
