Dr. Rafał Trzaskowski
Research fellow, expert on European Union's foreign policy
and EU's institutional reform.
Rafal Trzaskowski is adviser to the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs
Committee of the European Parliament, Dr. Jacek Saryusz-Wolski. He
is also a Senior Lecturer at Collegium Civitas (Institute of European
Union) and KSAP (National School of Public Administration).
Visiting fellow at the Institute for Security Studies of the European
Union - Paris (2002). 2000-2001 Adviser to the Minister J. Saryusz-Wolski,
Minister for European Integration. European Integration Committee,
Warsaw.
PhD at the International Relations Department, Warsaw University.
Doctoral Thesis on 'The Dynamics of Institutional Reform within
the EU in the
Light of New Institutionalism.' Master's Degree in European Studies
1996-97 College d'Europe, Natolin; 1991-96 University of Warsaw,
Master's Degree in International Relations - summa cum laude.
Thesis: 'From
EPC to CFSP - Minor Adjustment or Qualitative Change?'
Dr. Trzaskowski is the author of numerous articles and publications
on European integration, EU institutional reform and EU enlargement;
e.g. "Poland and the assessment of the Treaty of Nice",
