Dr. Przemysław Zurawski vel Grajewski Research fellow, expert on EU's neighbourhood policy. Dr. Zurawski is visiting professor of the Belarusian European Humanities University in Vilnius. In the years 2005-2006 he acted as EPP-ED expert in charge of the monitoring of the political situation in Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine in the European Parliament in Brussels. Editor of "The Portfolio" - Ukrainian and East European Bulletin www.epl-ed.pl. MA and Ph.D. in History from the Department of History of International Relations of the University of Łódź. 1996-2001 in the European Institute in Łódź. In the years 1995-1996 in the Office of the Undersecretary of State, Government Plenipotentiary for European Integration and Foreign Assistance - Council of Ministers. In 1992 employed with the Office of the Minister of National Defence for Defence Policy Planning of the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Poland. Since 1987 a researcher and academic teacher at the Lodz University, first in the Faculty of Philosophy and History and since 1995 in the Institute and then the Faculty of International Studies and Political Science.
