Expert on EU's foreign policy and transatlantic relations. Senior research fellow at European Union Institute for Security Studies in Paris. Doctorate in European Politics and MA in International Studies from the University of Birmingham. Lecturer in International Relations and European Politics at Aston University from 2001 to 2005. Coordinator and director of the Transatlantic Programme at the Centre for International Relations in Warsaw, Poland from 2002 to 2004. Former NATO Research Fellow (1999-2000) and EUISS Visiting Fellow (2004). He recently published: "The New Atlanticist: Poland's Foreign and Security Policy Priorities", (with Kerry Longhurst) Blackwell/Chatham House, 2007.
